- The STP is a complex of factories that specializes in various areas of production and is unequalled in the region. The STP was commissioned by Head of State, Ilham Aliyev, on the 24^th of December 2009 and is now a place of operational factories for heavy engineering, pressing, industrial gas, galvanizing, metal smelting, and electronic devices.
