The Ministry of Energy of Azerbaijan and Total Eren (France) signed the Memorandum of Understanding on the development of renewable energy sources.
The Ministry reports that the document was signed by Deputy Energy Minister Elnur Soltanov and Total Eren’s Director for Business Development in the Caucasus Emmanuel Terroir.
"The Memorandum implies assessment of the potential and creation of conditions for investment in renewable energy sources in Azerbaijan," the MoE said in a statement.
