On June 3, Baku Energy Week concluded its work at the Baku Expo Center, establishing itself as the most prestigious energy event in the Caspian region and one of the most anticipated highlights on the global energy calendar. The project united three significant events: "Caspian Oil & Gas" — the 31st International Caspian Oil & Gas Exhibition, "Caspian Power" — the 14th Caspian International Clean Energy Exhibition, and the 31st Baku Energy Week Forum.

Against the backdrop of crucial discussions and the demonstration of the latest achievements in the energy sector, this hub of global energy dialogue attracted the attention of world leaders in the energy industry, bringing together leading global energy companies, government agencies, investors, and industry experts. The key event of Baku Energy Week was the visit of President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev to the expo center and his speech before a large audience. President Ilham Aliyev drew attention to Azerbaijan's expanding participation in the global energy dialogue, emphasizing that the number of countries receiving Azerbaijani gas has now increased to sixteen. Notably, Mr. President also highlighted the Zangezur Corridor project to foreign guests, underlining its exceptional importance for the entire Turkish world.

Welcome letters sent to the event participants by world leaders, including the presidents of the USA and Turkey, as well as the Prime Minister of the UK, further confirm the significance of this event for the international community. This year, 274 companies from 44 countries confirmed their participation in Baku Energy Week. For over 30 years, Baku Energy Week has served as an essential platform for strategic dialogue, international cooperation, and the establishment of new business connections in the global energy sector. Today, the event covers a much broader spectrum of areas, expanding beyond traditional energy to incorporate energy transition, green energy, digitalization, artificial intelligence technologies, logistics, industry, and infrastructure within the international business ecosystem.

The core areas presented at the "Caspian Oil & Gas" exhibition include oil and gas field development, oil and gas production and transportation, telecommunications and IT, oil and gas refining, construction and installation works in the energy sector, innovative technologies, and other fields. The exhibition also featured the latest solutions in artificial intelligence, decarbonization, drilling technologies, as well as innovations related to the production and storage of oil and non-oil products.

A rich, practical, and intensive business program was organized as part of Baku Energy Week. The agenda included panel discussions, innovative sessions, case studies, foresight cases, foresight and professional sessions, presentations, signing ceremonies, as well as traditional B2B and B2G meetings. The "AIRoboCafe" operated at the Baku Energy Week venues, serving not only as a demonstration of innovative technologies for participants and visitors but also as a modern service solution that made participation in the event more comfortable and interactive. Many visitors also remembered the exhibition of drawings created by children from the "Umidvar" inclusive community. These artworks decorated the evening reception of the event and were featured in a charity auction.

Baku Energy Week not only served as a platform for discussing global energy trends but also shaped the trend of future energy. A complex of waste prevention principles was implemented here. The goal of these initiatives is the practical implementation of environmentally sustainable solutions, including reducing the carbon footprint and minimizing waste during events. As in previous years, the use of printed materials was kept to a minimum, with priority given to electronic means of communication.

At the Caspian Power exhibition, international and local companies presented their latest developments and proposals in the development and application of energy and green energy sources. Products, services, and new projects were demonstrated in areas such as solar and wind energy, geothermal and thermal energy, mechanical engineering and energy equipment, electric transport, energy-saving technologies, and other sectors. According to international experts, the power industry is one of the leading sectors in Azerbaijan, allowing it not only to meet domestic energy needs but also to export energy to neighboring countries. The Clean Energy exhibition vividly demonstrated the ongoing work aimed at reforming the energy sector and developing sustainable energy policies. This exhibition became a unique meeting place for electricity producers, government agencies, and foreign investors, opening up unlimited opportunities for cooperation and long-term partnership. Since last year, the exhibition has been held within the framework of Baku Energy Week jointly with the Caspian Oil & Gas exhibition.

Traditionally, Baku Energy Week is held with the support of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) acts as the general partner. The organizers of Baku Energy Week are Iteca Caspian and its international partners ICA Events and CEM FZ LLC Caspian Event Management FZ-LLC. The event was also supported by the Azerbaijan Exhibition Organizers Association (ASTA).
