How to get to the exhibition centre

Baku Expo Exhibition and Convention Center is located within 3 minutes by car of Heydar Aliyev International Airport.

Visitors can use public transport:

• From "Koroglu" metro station - N 136, 160, 171

We are pleased to welcome you as a visitor to this exhibition!

• Please note that online registration does not entitle school pupils, students and the unemployed to obtain a badge to the exhibition and to visit it.
• On 29 May - 1 June, the exhibition will be open to industry specialists and those working in related sectors.
• Students will be able to visit the exhibition on 1 June only, providing they are in possession of a valid student card.
• Children under 16 years of age will not be admitted.

This year the organisers have started to cooperate with the network of kindergartens Bagcam.az that will create a children's playground at the exhibition, where children can be safely left while parents are busy with visiting the exhibition stands. Children's Playground will be located in the foyer of Baku Expo Center. Here professional educators and teachers from Bagcam.az will take care of your children and will entertain them with educational games, as well as various useful and exciting activities.

Entry to the exhibition is permitted to those with an invitation or those who registered on our website and received an electronic pass to the exhibition. Those who registered on the website can save time at the exhibition by receiving all exhibition materials at the FAST TRACK SERVICE stand.

The visitor badge allows you to:

• Visit the exhibition free of charge for its entire duration;
• Enter the exhibition without queuing for or going through the registration process;
• Obtain an exhibition information pack;
• Participate in the business programme of the exhibition (workshops, conferences and presentations which are not available to ordinary visitors)
