From the 29th of May until the 1st of June, Baku Expo Center hostув the 9th Caspian International Power and Alternative Energy Exhibition, Caspian Power 2019, a specialised event in the Caspian region, demonstrating the achievements of the energy industry and in the field of renewable energy.

The exhibition was officially supported by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The electric power industry is one of the leading sectors of Azerbaijan, which allows it to not only to meet the domestic energy demand, but also to export energy to neighbouring countries. Currently, work is actively underway aimed at supporting the country in reforming the energy sector and developing a sustainable energy policy. Given the large generating potential of Azerbaijan’s energy sector, the exhibition will be a unique meeting place for energy producers, government agencies and foreign investors, where unlimited opportunities for cooperation and long-term partnership can be opened up.

Among the exhibitors there were leading companies that supply energy technology from Azerbaijan, Belarus, Russia, Turkey and other countries. The exhibition was attended by companies such as the Kozlov Minsk Electrotechnical Plant, Concern Energomera, Luna Elektrik and other exhibitors who presented transformers, cables, electrical equipment, the latest energy-saving technologies and much more. Among the sections of the exhibition there were power Generation and electrical Equipment, alternative sources of energy, cable and wire products and lighting.

The Caspian Power 2019 exhibition presented the latest achievements in the field of energy use, helped people to meet the leading representatives of the power industry, gеt information about the latest technological developments and strategies for the development of the power industry, as well as conclude promising contracts. The exhibition was visited by leading experts in the field of energy. According to the statistics from 2018, more than 56% of the visitors to the exhibition were leading industry experts, heads of departments, founders and directors of companies

The exhibition was held at the same venue alongside the 26th International Caspian Oil & Gas Exhibition. The exhibition was organised by Iteca Caspian and its partner ITE Group.
